[Forum] Upgrade stuck on Step 3) Importing latest language

I'm trying to upgrade from 4.0 to 4.0.2 and now it's been stuck on step 3 for over a half hour. What do I do?

Fixed. Jeez. Will not install using Chrome no matter how many times I tried. Did it in explorer no problem.

works fine in firefox also.

VB 4.0 is the same as Windows Vista...

Is that problem caused by language? (I have changed the forum language to English before start upgrading)...
