[CMS] change # of article per page ?

when click on view all (which is list.php), there are only 5 articles show per page. how do i change this number?

i've change the # of content per page for section and that works fine. but list.php only shows 5 articles

Edit the section page. It's "Per Page" in the middle of the edit region- above the list of articles, on the left.

yes per page = 15 ... and it shows correctly on the section home page. but if click on "view all" each page in the section shows only 5 articles before pagination
