You can upgrade from Forums only to Suite. Make sure you login to the Customer Area BEFORE going to the purchase link though...

One more question - If I have license for forum can I update it to suite license or I have to buy another one? I'm asking because I hope that license upgrade will be cheaper So if possible - how to do this?

Great thanks for answers - going to see how much does it costs I do not need it for my own forum, but will need for testing my vBET mod

Just upload the files and run the upgrade script as normal.

Another question - forum included in publishing suite is same as just forum? I mean from mods point of view - same hooks, code of php files and so on?...
    Yes

If you have the "Publishing Suite" then you get the CMS and Blogs, if you only have the 'Forums" then that is all you have. You start by installing them and then configuring them via the admin panel to your specifications. You can expect to spend a few days on customizing, not because its hard, but because you will need to get familiarized with all the features and options.

It is still not the answer. More specific please. And I have only forums - how to start? What to do to have it supported if it's not in forums by default.

Have you purchased the 4.0 Forums or the 4.0 Publishing Suite?

If the latter, then they would have been installed alon with your forums...

vB4 CMS and Blogs - how to start

    Hi.

How to start working with vB4 Blogs and CMS? And I mean - from the very begging - is it included in vB4 or some additional plugin is needed? How to turn it on?...
widgetinstance 262 (Related Topics) skipped due to lack of content & hide_module_if_empty option.
Working...
