  • [Forum] Icon out of alignment in post

    Hello,

I've just noticed I have an icon out of alignment in some (but not all) posts. Where can I find the template to edit this bar. I've tried disabling all the plugins but it doesn't make a difference so it must've been something I did!

Attached a picture to show where it is.

    Cheers,
    JT

EDIT: Should also mention that this problem only appears in Firefox.

I was gonna ask if this was IE8 cuz I thought I remembered IE users talking about this. That is the postbit_legacy template, but my guess is this is a CSS issue. Check the padding for ".postbitlegacy .postfoot .textcontrols a.report" You may want to get firebug for firefox to help track down css issue.s

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

Thanks Lynne - it's a good place to start. Has this been seen before or was it something I did? (I haven't edited any CSS anywhere on the forum since it's install).

I thought I had seen this as a bug report before, but I was pretty sure it was also an IE issue, not a firefox issue.

I use firefox, and I do not have this issue at all. There is some padding added to that button, so I would look to see if maybe that is the issue. And if you have firebug, you can play with the css directly and see what is affecting it.

Okay, this is strange. I upgraded my Firefox to 3.5.7 and it went away! No kidding! (I was only on the previous version before...)
