[Forum] Can I change the default reply to advanced like old vb?

Basically I would like the default action of the reply to thread button to be the advanced editor like I used to have it in 3.8, I looked through the options and don't seem to find an option to do this, is there one?

You sure can. That is how I have my forum set up.

Admin CP -> Settings -> Options -> Message Posting and Editing Options -> Quick Edit -> No

that option disables the quick edit all together though. On 3.8 I had a combination, where it was there and users could use quick reply, but if they actually clicked on the "reply to thread" button it would bring up the advanced. In 4 clicking the button just brings your cursor into the quickreply box rather then going advanced.
