Can someone please explain this option a little better for me?

Basically, if your Mods select several threads and then go to the little dropdown at the bottom of the page and select Move or Delete or whatever they want to do, a screen then asks them for their password to do it. Any sort of check a bunch of boxes and do some moderation on them will results in this. It will do that the first time for that session.
