If you use a resolution , lets say 800x600 , the users link doesn't show correctly. Here is a pic below taken from demo.vbulletin.com (the official site)

I'm not sure if 800x600 is relevant anymore. I don't know any designers who design for it; the standard has been 1024x768 for a few years now. I'm sure some people still use 800x600 but I believe the percentages are very low - lower than those who use IE6.

Most designers that use fixed widths set them to 950px which is for standard 1024x768 viewing. These days, most monitors run at this resolution or much higher.

if you didnt see THAT IMAGE that i posted is 1024x196 px

so its 1024 px, not 800 px
