[Forum] Question about community groups and permissions

I do not know if it's a bug or I set something wrong.

A community group that are configured as invited only, should not have hidden their discussions to non-members?

For example, I look at any group, even though I am not a member of that group I can see all the discussions and their contents.

Is that right or is it a bug? I'm talking about a registered User, without administrative powers.

PS: Version 4.0.1, clean install, no updates or upgrades, no mods or customs.

There is an option when setting up the group:

"Users must join to view the content"

If that's not checked then anyone will be able to see it

I can't find this "Users must join to view the content" whne setting up a new group.

Nor can I find how to change the setting for an existing group.

Anybody know how to do it?

I got it!!!

OMG take me some hours to figure it out.

Settings -> Options -> Group Options
Allow Join-to-View Groups -> Yes

Now, when you create a group, you have the option:
"Users must join to view the content"
