  • [CMS] How long for Ticket Support?

    I reported a problem last night via ticket. And then opened a thread here

    I did this at 11.00 last night UK time. Now the ticket support system says 1.5 hours turn around for problems to be sorted.

    Trevor said it was a bug and reported it here PRIORITY 1.

    But as of 16.46 no-one technical has even looked at it.

    Any idea how long my CMS is going to not function?

        Still broken.... 24 hours later.

        Wayne luke said... run script.

        That was it. Didn't even try to run it himself. Nothing to do with the problem. This sucks

          Even though you purchased the suite which came with forum support as well, it's pretty much non-existent here as well.

          The only thing you can do is restore from a backup or disable the CMS until it's fixed.

            welcome to vb4...a world of bug, no really reply┬┤s, no developers connected (see john author of impex..last version has lot of bugs and he is not on the forums since december 28)

              I don't really have a problem with the wait time, I have a problem with the asinine responses they give in the tickets.
              s.molinari - I would like to ask all customers to definitely feedback issues with the software and be specific with the issues, but to basically suck-up what happened in the past and try to just look forward.

                Same here. I'm starting to think that vb needs to contemplate some sort of refund for using its customers as its bug tracking team.

                  My backup is now a week old and I don't want to loose a weeks worth of new members and messages to the forum. Everything else works fine.
