  • [Forum] Pagination on search.php broken?

    Anyone else run into this, I searched aorund and didnt see it...I was going to submit a bug ticket but then tried it here and on another 4 forum and it worked...

    The only thing I have done to the search template was added a class to the body tag, I also deleted a css rule in vbulletin.css which conflicted with my background image....what else would cause this?

    Can anyone recreate this?

    Create a new style with no parent:
    • Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
    • Parent Style: No Parent Style
    • Title: Default vBulletin
    • Allow User Selection: Yes
    • Save

    Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

    If it is still happening - Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
    Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

    PHP Code:
    define('DISABLE_HOOKS'true);

    If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

      Thanks,

      I've isolated it to a header include plug in...heres the code..

      PHP Code:
      ob_start();
      include(
      '../xxxxxx/includes/header.php');
      $xxxxxxxxx_header ob_get_contents();
      vB_Template::preRegister('header',array('xxxxxxxxx_header' => $xxxxxxxxx_header));
      ob_end_clean();
      The hook location is global_Start...

      What would cause this error?

        I don't know what would cause the error. You'll have to go through your code and see what is being done and if the variables are conflicting or something like that.
