            Are you running any mods / plugins?
            Did you try disabling them?
            Did you go I to the admincp and check the files for suspicious versions (maybe a file didn't upload correctly)?
            What versions of php / mysql are you running?
            Plan, Do, Check, Act!

              I "ve got the same

              no .. they will not help us in this one . we should go fishing for fixing that in vb.org, because they can't offer official support for code modifications or for forums running modified code

              it's related to encoding to utf-8 and your sub pm's folders have title with your old encoding . to pass through to your pm's just add // to first line at : 252 you will see your pm's and all member they have the same problems
