Upgrade from 4.2.1 to 4.2.2

Hello guys,

Can someone please give me some help?
I have version 4.2.1 running in my forum, but now I want to upgrade to latest version, 4.2.3.
Since is a BIG forum with lots of mods, I want to upgrade one by one, to 4.2.2 and than to 4.2.3

Usually I make upgrades using this kind of threads to guide me:

Where it shows:
- Removed Files
- Added Files
- Modified Files
- etc...

But I cant find this in the threads of 4.2.2 and 4.2.3
