What did you use for a CMS previously? I believe one provider gave an upgrade option which renamed it's tables to allow the installation of the vBulleting CMS so you may wish to try looking into that

An error has occurred with your database. Please contact vBulletin Support for assistance.
Module: vbcms, Step 1 Database Error:1054

    Query:

    REPLACE INTO vb3_cms_grid (gridid, gridhtml, title, addcolumn, addcolumnsnap, addcolumnsize, `columns`, flattened) VALUES (1, '\n \n \n \n \n $column[1]\n

Install is not proceeding so board is still down.

    Here's what I get initially:

    Action Required

The following tables that are new to this version of vBulletin are already in your database:

    cms_article

    This could be because:

A vBulletin modification has created a table of the same name
Another application has a table of the same name
You restored a database from an earlier version of vBulletin over a database that had already been upgraded.
You are intentionally running this step a second time.

Please contact support if you are unsure about continuing. If you wish you proceed with the upgrade click 'Okay'. The existing table(s) will not be modified.
I have not upgraded before so I don't understand this.

After this one it ends here (aborts):
