[Forum] Problem with publishing after update to 4.2.0

I updated my cms to v 4.2.0 and now, while editing new article, i cannot check it as published.

Althought topic is published, when i enter the link there is red information "Not Published" below the topic and any not logged in user can read it.

When i click on edit page radiobutton "published" and then save, it refreshes the site and radiobutton still points as not published.
What could be wrong ?

I managed to resolve the problem - clear the CMS cache was helpful.
