[Forum] Forumrunner Adsense integration?

Unfortunately, the thread that vbulletin links to in the AdminCP is old and outdated. The instructions are now obsolete and don't follow the Adsense interface anymore.

Is there an updated set of instructions?

P.S. I have to come here and ask for this? Seriously? The last reply in that thread is from Dec 2010...
