[Forum] During upgrade

I turn the forum off and upload all the files minus the install.php file i get to the upgrade screen and enter the numbers. the install hangs and has not moved for 1 hour at the cms install. please tell me what to do here.

Refresh the page - sounds like the process has stopped in the background

Vote for:

- *Admin Settable Paid Subscription Reminder Timeframe*
- *PM - Add ability to reply to originator only*
- Add Admin ability to auto-subscribe users to specific channel(s)
- "Quick Route" Interface...
