I just upgraded my forums to 4.2.0 Patch Level 1 and the Activity Stream is showing no results at all. Just a page that says No More Results.

The Activity Stream will only show results since the upgrade happened.
To show old posts you need to go to Admin CP -> Maintenance -> General Update Tools -> Rebuild Activity Stream -

I upgraded from 3.5.2 to 3.8.7 first, as suggested in the tutorial for upgrading.
After which, I upgraded from 3.8.7 to 5.0.5. After everything is said and over with, there's several issues...Sat 1 Feb '14, 7:46pm -
Since my upgrade I have noticed that all the thread dates have gone and have been replaced with "d M Y" the time stamp remains unaffected.
