Just tried upgrading the Suite from 4.1.12 to 4.1.12 Patch Level 1. The upgrade aborted and showed this error message:

I see other people having same trouble. What's up wit this?
I've done 20 or so upgrades with no trouble ever.

After the second failure, I went back and refreshed the page (../upgrade.php) and it continued from step 4 (did not start form the beginning), and it went through without any complaint. Forum looks and works ok so far.

Can you try re-downloading the ZIP file from the Members Area and re-upload all files (except install/install.php and includes/config.php.new) making sure you overwrite all files currently on your server then re-run the upgrade script.

Does this resolve the problem?

Make sure when you re-upload, you set your FTP client to automatically choose which upload-method to use. (ASCII and BINARY)
