You should be able to see in your php info or your hosting provider can tell you. Your files may need to be chmod 755 as well. You'd have to ask your hosting provider. Other than that, without looking at the server configuration there isn't much else we can say.

For anybody who has looked at and eliminated all variables in the manual for "blank page" errors.... consider how you saved the config file.... Don't rename the extension the easy way.... sigh. make sure it was originally a text file.... prior... Nights.Comment

The issue is that the config.php file was saved in a richtext or UTF-8 format and had additional characters at the start of the file which was causing the issue.Originally posted by Gunshot View PostTranslations provided by Google.
