[Suite] Upgrading 4.0.x to 4.1.1 - Major issues with css and redrecting - Board is down

I just upgraded to 4.1.1 and I uploaded all the files and the upgrade worked properly with no issues.

Though now two major issues are happening.

First: SOLVED

http://www.familybusinesschat.com and you can see the styling is off. I'm guessing it's some folder css issue.

Second: SOLVED

When I log into the admin control panel it goes to a redirect page and then brings up the log in page again.

I just checked the templates in the admin control panel and I'm guessing the problems are there.

I've got revert issues in the footer, header, and headincludes.
