Seems as if your server just well.. hiccup'd so you should be able to try it again just fine IF you never started the script? If you did it might be well advised to restore a backup and try again .

        double check your config.php file
I bet you don't have the correct DB info in it..

This seems to be the problem, and I overwrote the old one... *facepalm*

Now to find out all the correct information again.

It's a pretty easy fix, let us know if you run into problems or can't find the old DB info.

I don't know exactly where to find the info, or what I need to change.

well you have changed something, this shouldn't show all this gibberish and it wasn't when I looked 10 mins ago

I would open up a support ticket and have them take a look
send them the same login info you sent me along with the url to your forum (in the sensitive data section)

Yeah I changed the config.php file. A member of the forum was trying to fix it. I tried a support ticket, but since I didn't buy the suite just the forum they won't do anything and referred me here.

That obviously didn't work so I changed back to the config file with no information about the DB in it just like before

                          we got things working again
this is what happen, for future reference..

the db server wasn't set correctly, it was set to localhost, and it needed to be mysql.hostingsite.com etc..
also the table prefix was off
