[Forum] Website loading slow since upgrade and showing errors like Network Error (tcp_error)

Hi.
Since the time, I upgraded, my website is showing the following errors at most of the pages.

Network Error (tcp_error)
A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out"
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

Website is not loading correctly at

Can anyone help by going back to all default settings of vbulletin by retaining my database.
