vb 3.8 to 4.0.8, When to do Post and Thread Index Build?

    You can run them at the end of the upgrade process and yes, I'd run them in order.

    Thanks Trevor.

    So these should be run in sequential order after all the other upgrade steps are completed? Or should they be run before continuing to the next step in the upgrade process (say 4.0.4 to 4.0.5)?

    For a large site, when going from 3.8 to 4.0.8 there are a few points where indexes need to be rebuilt using separate scripts:

    upgrade_400a1_indexes.php
    upgrade_404_indexes.php
    upgrade_408_indexes.php

    Can the script be run after the upgrade process is completed and do each of these need to be run, or just the most recent (upgrade_408_indexes.php)?
