[Forum] upgrade from 4.0.8 to 4.0.8 Patch Level 1

Hi,

I just downloaded the path and wanted to know if steps taken is correct. I extracted the zip file and then uploaded all that is in (upload/) folder to my forums and replaced all the previous files. Is that what I only need to do or do I need to also apply the install.php and do the upgrade?

Secondly, I also have an instance of Arabic forums, do I do the same step or is there something additional I need to do ?

extract the files from the archive you downloaded, then upload the files to your board via FTP etc., overwriting the existing files.

1) Did that but my forums footer doesn't show it is upgraded to 4.0.8 patch 1 but still shows 4.0.8. How can I know if it is upgraded successfully?

2) Also, can I do the same for my other language forum i.e. just upload and replace files?

1) It doesn't show patches in your footer. Look on your admincp. It will tell you your latest version.

2) Don't know.
