[Forum] Database Error on Step 3 of Installation

I'm trying to install VBulletin 4.0.8 and ran into this error on Step #4 of the installation. Can anyone help? Here's the error:

That means you are not installing to an empty database or you have run this step before. Assumgn this database is not beign shared with another app, I suggest you start all over and choose the option to delete all existing tables. If you do that, you will not get that error again.
