Did you send in a support ticket? They VB team is very quick to respond when you do that.

          Code:
          http://solohost.org/forum/

Configuration: includes/config.php does not exist. Please fill out the data in config.php.new and rename it to config.php
Without config.php it is not going to work.

i haven't set up the MySQL database.
No database = not going to work.

vB5 is unequivocally the best forum software, but not yet...

*shrugs*, you do realize that a SQL database is required for a forum to operate, right? Without a database, you can't get the forum to run. It seems that the site is linking to a 404 automatically, so this might be an issue within your htaccess file (possible), or the main site's 404 forward files.

I would suggest keeping WHMCS and vBulletin's databases separate.

First off this seems not to be a vBulletin issue because www.forum.solohost.org does not exist in the dns server i can't resolve the name.

To test this fast make sure the DNS is setup the correct way and in the folder where the sub- subdomain points make an index.html file with there in Hello or something this way youcan test fast if its working, after that vBulletin should work also, if you allow use of PHP files on that sub- subdomain.

The requested URL /forum/includes/config.php was not found on this server.
                      Rename the file config.php.new
                      in config.php

You can setup that subdomain any time after the installation to solohost.org/forum.

We cannot help you set up a subdomain. For it's part, vBulletin doesn't care. You'll need to contact your hosting provider for support with sub-domain setup.
