    [Forum] vBulletin Upgrade Problem To 4.0.8

    Hi vBulletin Members

    I'm having trouble with upgrading my forum to 4.0.8 at the moment it's 4.0.7, so enter the installation page but on step 3 it shows me an error. I am upgrading from a forum i backed up and restored on a different account. Forum works fine but when i try to upgrade i get the following error below.

    Code:
    Your vBulletin version does not appear to match with the version for which this script was created (version 3.6.3).

    Please ensure that you are attempting to run the correct script.

    If you are sure this is the script you would like to run, click here.
    ?!?!?! Why does it say 3.6.3, I'm using a 4.0.7 forum and I'm trying to upgrade to 4.0.8, i done a fresh installation and it worked it was 4.0.8 so files are correct.

    Code:
    Step 1) Misc Table Alterations

        * Altering search Table (1 of 1)
          vB_Database_Alter: fetch_table_info() has not been called successfully.
          Table 'majestic_jigsaw.vb_search' doesn't exist
    My SQL database is not majestic_jigsaw in my new account it is, image_jigsaw, so what shall i do?

    You put the wrong table prefix in your config.php file.

        It actually deleted ALL my data, threads, settings etc. Baisicly a new installation. I think i should mention this to you there was two config files when i uploaded it on my host via FTP, config.php and config.php.new i edited config.php table prefix to vB_ that made the installation work but never showed me the upgrade link
