how to downgrade from 4.0.3 to 4.0.2?

Have you tried creating a new style and choose no parent style. This will force it to use the default templates. Finally empty your browser cache, close all browser windows then try again. Make sure you change to the new style and view your forums with it.

I notice that most of these disappear when I switch to English language also. If these still happen in the default templates then I'd suggest checking the Bug Tracker to see if these issues are listed there.

yes right it's not happened if i switch to english i don't know way

but with default vbulletin style every thing ok

so i think the problem just in my custom style not a bug

please help me to fix those problems ...i try what your talking about and create new style name test without parent and after that i don't know what i can do??? i try the new test style but it's show me like default style from vbulletin ...

If it's working fine in the default style then you need to contact the custom style creator to resolve issues with that style.
