Ahh but the Greek language... you put that in the forum right? You need to find and remove it unless it's a new Greek compatible language for vB4 otherwise it could be causing some issues and the thing about the CMS is... I see the section but if you have the CMS you must have the suite so why are the Home and Blog buttons not in the screenshot? That tells the rest of us something is up and I bet it's with the Greek language you have in there but not 100% on that as I said I have seen problems in the past with Arabic and Hebrew even with Hebrew in 4.0 PL1 so maybe that's it but it still could be something else.
As always listen to the staff here i.e. Trevor, he is trying to get this resolved for you quickly and that would be much quicker than waiting on posts

I think this may be easier if you can raise a Support Ticket and allow a member of the Support Team access to your site to resolve this for you.
