Attachment thumbnail preview not showing up

When I attach a picture, the thumbnail preview displays a link instead of the picture.

No matter if the attachment is old or a fresh one.

I moved a while ago the images (attachments, avatars) into the file system. I don't know if there is related to that.

Can I get some support to fix it?

Are you storing attachments in the file system or the database?
