I am wondering if version 3.8.7 is still available for down load if I buy version 5 (beta)?

You cannot buy vB 3.8.7, vB 5 license is only available for $249
With that license you can use a lower version such as 3.8.7

I always like to clarify in these sort of threads - because I have seen people misunderstand it - that with a vB5 licence you can choose to run ANY version (vB5 or below), but it is ONLY ONE version at any one time.
You cannot, for instance, run vB4 and then run vB3 as well.
You can switch versions as you please but one licence = one live instance, regardless of version.
