Not receiving "Vbulletin database error" emails

Hi... my forum at http://studychacha.com/discuss/ was having internal server error from the last one hour but I did not received a single email from the server side of "Vbulletin database error". I used to get it till 3 days back but not receiving it now, i'v check the spam and trash folders too, but its not there. furthermore, I have checked the technical email in config.php and its correct.

Please suggest.

If it's an internal server error it's a not a database error and you won't be notified.

An internal server error normally denote a problem with Apache.
