facing problem during posting

hello guys
i am using vbulletin 3.8.7
when i post in any thread this error is showing

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'includes/functions_ghsom.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/ittadree/public_html/includes/class_dm_user.php(1830) : eval()'d code on line 3

and when i refresh the page than system say me that this is duplicate post. and my post is already there
please tell me how can i remove this error?????
