I've moved my forum to a different server, but people who register get an email with a link that directs to the old forum. So no one can activate their account. How do I solve this?

Sometimes members of my forum have an email address that is not working and I get bounced emails.
When I receive bounced emails I edit there profile and move them to the usergroup "Users Awaiting...Fri 3 Mar '17, 2:39pm
