I am getting some errors on logout page of my site

Eval'd code usually points to a plugin that you have installed. What version of vBulletin are you using?

i am using vb 7.8.6 patch level 2

I believe you mean 3.8.6, as there are currently only 4 series of vBulletin.

The navbits hook is called on line 2582. Your error would be from a plugin assigned to that hook. You'll need to review them and then contact the author of the plugin for a fix.
