  • Can't save Admin CP settings.

    Hi.
My forum has recently moved to a VPS and I am having exactly the same problem as this:

Within the admin control panel the settings appear to function, the radio buttons move when selected, hit the save button and the redirected says "settings save" or something to that effect. Problem the saved settings have zero affect. For example, I turned my forum off, and it's still on. I thought I would disable plug-ins globally to see if that was the issue, can't shut them down, as a test I tried to make a change to one of my forum titles, it saves it within the ACP but no effect on the forum homepage. Now I can make changes within the template system but that is pretty much it. Any ideas? Here is what I've done so far...repair/optimize tables, Problematic Webserver Modules show no errors. All file permissions are 644.
The thread that was posted in has no replies, so I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this?

    Thanks.

What are your settings in the config.php file under the heading "****** DATASTORE CACHE CONFIGURATION *****"? If you have it set to store in the filecache, then make sure the file includes/datastore/datastore_cache.php is chmod to 777

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.
