I cannot see any real reason why the tmp error is yours. It sounds like your webhost is overloaded still.

On the Structure tab, it lists all tables plus the size in a column near the right of the page:

And what exactly should I be looking for when in this column?

He has been told that, but it seems the webhost blames his vBulletin. It seems like his host's server is just not coping. There are a few other threads under this user with the same issues.

Has nothing specificly to do with the size of his board. This is a webhost issue.

It's a larger board that you have there, and shared hosting probably isn't the best option to be running a board that has 150+ users online at once. Basically, it means that your server's resources are being chewed up. You either need a bigger partition for /tmp or a better server.

MySQL Error : Got error 28 from table handler
Error Code 28 (No space left on device):
Got error 28 from table handler means your server's mysql partition for your mysql database ran out of disk space or that the /tmp directory ( http://www.mysql.com/doc/T/e/Temporary_files.html )on your server doesn't have enough space, you need to
    1. close your forum to prevent further posting or writing to the database
    2. contact your web host
    3. or if your host yourself on a dedicated server, you need to move your mysql partition to a larger disk or change the /tmp directory location via your servers my.cnf file

Try changing hosts? Sounds like their servers are not coping with your vBulletin board at all.

    Tmp error again

I had this database error last night:
    Code:
    Database error in vBulletin 3.8.7:

    Invalid SQL:

SELECT attachmentid, filename, filesize, dateline, postid, IF(thumbnail_filesize > 0, 1, 0) AS hasthumbnail, counter, attachment.thumbnail, attachment.thumbnail_dateline, LENGTH(attachment.thumbnail) AS thumbnailsize, newwindow, visible
    				FROM attachment AS attachment
LEFT JOIN attachmenttype AS attachmenttype ON (attachment.extension = attachmenttype.extension)
    				WHERE postid IN(39672,22506,18458,17179)
    					AND visible = 1
    				GROUP BY attachment.postid
    				ORDER BY attachmentid;

My host cleared my tmp folder, and that fixed the error. About 24 hours later this same error is happening again to me. Is there a way i can stop this error from coming up again?
