Compatible with MySQL Community 5.5.20?

Hello,

I have a MySQL server that's used for both vB4 and vB3 sites. I want to update it from 5.1.x to 5.5.latest. Will this break the vB3 sites (running latest release).

We have vb4.x and vb3.8 running under MySQL 5.5.20 with no issues at this time.
