you will see at the very top of the forums the Daily Thread section.

I made a thread titled, [ Daily Thread ] : Saturday, October 29, 2011 but it's not showing the full date, just [ Daily Thread ] : Saturday.... (dot dot dot)

How do I extend to fit the whole title of my topic to show up?

Newb question probably but thanks for any help.

I'm using AOL browser, I don't see it full? and also the same with Mozilla Firefox browser.

Yes, you entered that section to view it full.

I'm talking about opening the website and viewing it on the main page. It doesn't show the entire thing. It just goes up to [ Daily Thread ] : Saturday and (dot) (dot) (dot)

Go to your Admin CP -> Settings -> vBulletin Options -> Forum Listings Display Options

In that group is the setting for: Last Thread Title Maximum Displayed Characters - the default is 30 but you can raise it if you want.
