Anyway to allow Administrators (or any usergroup) different attachments per post ?

I was looking for a way to allow Administrators the ability to have a few more attachments per post, then the default 5 we have setup.

Is this possible or is that setting a global setting that cannot be modified in any way, to a specific user/usergroup?

This is a global setting only. To change it would require a modification, something that can be discussed on vBulletin.org.
