VB/Paypal conflict help needed

I have been running paid subscriptions as 'Contributorships' for a few years now with paypal as the payment processor.

I am trying to shift the paid subscriptions to another paypal account and am running in to problems.
I've set up in vBulletin the new paypal address and payments are being made but payments are not being reported back to vBulletin to change the person's usergroup.

I received this notice via email from paypal:

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (

IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

Is anyone familiar with this issue and is there a fix?

DO you still have existing active subscriptions?

There are a lot of members who have active subscriptions, I expected issues with those.
However even new subscriptions are having issues.
They sign up pay via paypal but their account isn't moved in to the Subscriber usergroup.

http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/p...?method=paypal is returning a 503 error, it should redirect a non logged in user to the forumhome. Has your webhost changed something recently?

I would suggest opening a support ticket in the Member's Area since you have VB4 Suite you have ticket support.
