Removing email display from contact info

Is there a setting that changes this for current users?

I know you can change the setting by default to not display email for new users, is there somewhere globally I can turn of displaying the users email addresses on the user page under contact info?

Run this query to change this for existing users:

UPDATE user SET options=options - 256 WHERE options & 256;
