Did your host update your server to use PHP5.4? If so, you'll need to ask them to downgrade it to 5.3 until vB4 becomes compatible in the near future.
    Vote for:

    - *Admin Settable Paid Subscription Reminder Timeframe*
    -
*PM - Add ability to reply to originator only*
    - Add Admin ability to auto-subscribe users to specific channel(s)
    - Highlight the correct navigation tab when you are on a custom page
    - "Quick Route" Interface...
    - Allow to use custom icons for individual forums

You posted in the VB4 forum but those look like errors from VB3.

These are definitely due to a PHP upgrade on the server, older VB3 versions are not compatible with PHP 5.3+

VB 3.8.7 should be OK on 5.3 if you have access to it.

Otherwise you need to edit the init.php file and class_core.php file in a good text editor, and on each line number listed, remove the & that is next to the = and re-save/re-upload the fixed file.
