I tried most of the suggested steps.

If this helps, I included external.php in another .php file and I get this:

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /usr/www/users/webpage/forum/test.php

We want to get rss feeds on another page, but external.php does not work. Any suggestions why not. We just get blank page.
