  • Removal of "- Powered by vBulletin"

    Goo day to you all!

    I am trying to find out how to remove the "- Powered by vBulletin" that appears on the search engine tabs, to the right of my site name, and on the search engine indexes.

    Thanks!

    Edit the Meta Keywords and Description here:

    AdminCP > vBulletin Options > General Settings

    Any other changes to remove the branding from the templates will require that you buy a Branding Free license.
    Vote for:

    - *Admin Settable Paid Subscription Reminder Timeframe*
    -
    *PM - Add ability to reply to originator only*
    - Add Admin ability to auto-subscribe users to specific channel(s)
    - "Quick Route" Interface...

      nope ^

      This is what you're after..

      You'll need to search your phrases for "powered by vbulletin"
      and replace the title tag one with just
      {1}
      vs
      {1} - Powered by vBulletin...

        Thanks!

          I located the following;

          <title><phrase 1="$vboptions[bbtitle]">$vbphrase[x_powered_by_vbulletin]</phrase></title>

          When I try to change it the tab shows the web address and not the name of the site.

            AdminCP -> Language & Phrases -> Search in Phrases -> Search in Text -> Type in: Powered by vBulletin -> Click "Find" -> powered_by_vbulletin-> Edit this phrase as Loco.M said above.
