Dropdown Notifications at Navbar

hi, i'm using 3.8.2

The drop down notifications appears at navbar area when i use default vbulletin template
but my current template doesn't support notification at the navbar area

any idea how to show the drop down notifications?

Contact the author of the custom style for help, or revert the navbar template.
