Rotating banner images with the best tracking software

I seek solution to publish ads on vB forums.

1. What is the best solution (application) to do this and monitor statistics and rotate?
2. What are steps to install this appliacation?

There is a build in Advertising area in the admincp. If that is not what you want to do and you want to modify the template instead, then the place to ask for help is over on vbulletin.org, the modification site.
