Admin Ignore list?

Is it possible to have an admin place a member on another members ignore list? Pros and Cons of this?

Basically if two members were always hassling each other, in order to straighten them out, you place each of them on each others ignore list... I know that they would have the ability to unignore, but just looking to see if this is possible.

No, that isn't possible to do. I mean, you could do it via the database, I suppose, but then there is nothing to stop them from just taking the user off their ignore list. What you want would require custom coding.
