Not All Active Users Showing up on Currently Active Users

On my forum, in the Currently Active Users box, it will only show one member even though there is more than one member online. Here's an image to show you what I mean:
That is what shows up for currently active users, but when I go and click on Who's Online, then I can see everyone that is actually online:

The odd part about all of this is that I didn't change any settings and my other admins didn't change any settings(as far as I know). It just randomly started happening sometime today. I checked the time that users are supposed to show up on Who's Online and it's still set to 15 minutes. I also checked anything else that I could think that would be a problem.

    Any ideas?

Are these users in a different usergroup? vB4 doesn't like users in usergroup 3 or 4 in the Currently Active Usersgroup on the home page.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

Sorry, I should have included what version of vB I'm on. I'm currently running vB 3.8.6 PL 1. This is not for vB4. But in the above pictures there is 7 usergroups that are online.

Ah sorry, I guess I get vB4 on my mind sometimes and forget to look at the forum id!

Are those pictures both from the exact same time on the site? (So forum home shows only 22 online and who's online shows 37?)

What do you have set for vboptions > cookies > session timeout ?
        and vboptions > who's online > Who's Online Refresh Period ?

Also, try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

        PHP Code:
        define('DISABLE_HOOKS'true);
        s

Yeah, both pictures are from the same website and were taken seconds between each other. The Who's Online and Currently Active Users aren't syncing up basically. Currently Active Users shows the correct number of guests(I believe), but will only show one member. The Who's Online page will display the correct number of guests and members online.

The session timeout is currently set to 900(15 minutes)

The Who's Online refresh period is set to 60 seconds.

I don't have time at the moment to edit the config and FTP it, but I will try that later. Again, though, I wouldn't think it was a problem with any plugins because I hadn't added any new plugins in a really long time. There were no changes made to the forum recently that I can think of that would have made the Currently Active Users do this.

You do have a mod installed for the Currently Active Users on the index.php page since it doesn't normally show spiders. You may want to turn that off (and this includes removing the code, or commenting it out, in the index.php file) and see if that fixes the issue.

I know this is a major bump, but the problem is still persisting to this day. I did try disabling the hooks/plugins system, but it didn't change anything, which leads me to believe that it is a problem with the actual software. It's odd. Hopefully someone can help pinpoint or fix this problem.

Create a new style with no parent:
                • Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
                • Parent Style: No Parent Style
                • Title: Default vBulletin
                • Allow User Selection: Yes
                • Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

Also, please post a link so we can see this.

Would you like me to do this with the plugin system turned off/disabled? Because I have already done this in the past with the plugin system enabled. And what do you want me to link to, my forum? Here it is: http://insomniacgamerz.net/forums/

You have a modification which prevents me from seeing the Currently Active Users list, so I can't see any of this. Can you provide a test username/password?

And yes, I would try using a totally default style with your modifications off and see if you still have the same issue.

Also, are all your files default or have you modified some? If you've modified some, then reupload the totally default files (keep a copy of your modified ones).
