I have a site that has the latest version of vBulletin (3.8.6 patch level 1). 2 iFrames are inserted and I can't figure out where

I disabled the forums, so not 100% sure you can see the hack. But I need to remove it. Not sure if vBulletin was the insertion point or if it was done in some other manner at this point but would love some help determining that. The homepage was hacked at the same time.
This is the 3rd time in 3 days
